Job summary

Wafna is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 to support receiving, stocking, assembling, staging, loading, and unloading products. The role demands physical strength to lift heavy items and the ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse.

The candidate should be able to read and write in English, manage multiple tasks, and operate material handling equipment. Occasional overtime and extended hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks under time constraints.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Read, speak and write in English.
• Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds.
• Proficient operation of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrap, box, label).
• Stage finished product for loading.
• Check purchase/work orders for correct assembly and readiness for delivery.
• Verify correct item quantities being assembled.
• Assist in inventory maintenance and counts.
• Load finished products onto trucks; unload and stock as needed.
• Ensure product quality and prevent damaged items from leaving the facility.
• Perform routine checks on pallet jacks and safety equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
