Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and productivity, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities include verifying inbound freight, prioritizing orders, operating forklift and other warehouse equipment, cycle counts and keeping the facility clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift; pass forklift training and certification.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping tickets and manuals.
• Must lift up to 80 pounds; stand/walk 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, verify inbound freight and stock condition.
• Accurately fill and pack orders for shipping.
• Verify quantities and labeling; ensure correct shipping lines.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain clean, organized warehouse.
• Operate forklift and related equipment safely while complying with procedures.
• Address damages, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
