Job summary

Würth Industry USA in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Union operations. The role involves receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The selected candidate will operate forklifts and scanning equipment, perform cycle counts, and maintain clean, organized facilities while collaborating with a team to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck; forklift cert required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software or Integrated Logistics Solutions a plus.
• Able to work fast-paced individually or in a team.
• Basic reading/comprehension of training instructions and shipping tickets.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds (frequent 40–60).
• Stand/walk on concrete 8–10 hours daily.
• Experience with RIF Scanner; SAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.
• Receive, unload, and visually verify incoming freight.
• Verify quantities and stock placement; manage overstock.
• Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment.
• Safely pick and label products for shipping.
• Verify shipping orders match slips and load packages.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain cleanliness.
• All other duties as assigned.
