Job summary

Würth Industry USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a range of warehouse and distribution tasks, including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping. The role requires operating forklift equipment, adhering to safety procedures, and maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts.

The position schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with opportunities for incentive bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years material handling, forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to operate forklift and maintain certification.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and P21 is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a team.
Able to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.
Receive and unload freight; verify parts and condition of incoming items.
Verify quantities and maintain accurate stock levels; handle overstock appropriately.
Prioritize and fill orders using appropriate warehouse equipment and routing.
Safely pick and package products with correct labeling for shipping.
Address damages, shortages, and inventory discrepancies; perform cycle counts.
