Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in Joliet, IL. Roles start at $24.50 per hour with a pay range of $24.50–$26.95 per hour, plus a shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour based on eligibility. There is also potential for pay growth with tenure, within a Supply Chain Facility environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret basic product labels and documentation.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team.
