Job summary

Target is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our distribution team. This role involves packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests, while following safety policies to maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to push carts and move items with equipment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach during shifts.
• Able to read labels and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Attend safety trainings for working in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
