Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Associates/Workers in a fast-paced distribution environment. Roles involve packing, loading, shipping and accurate merchandise processing for stores and guests.

You will work safely in a dynamic team setting with opportunities for higher wages via shift differentials. Compensation includes hourly pay starting at $22.30–$25.60 for Warehouse Associate and $23.80–$27.36 for Warehouse Worker, with an additional shift differential from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts.
• Must read, understand and follow safety and policy instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings and work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move inventory efficiently and maintain a clean workspace.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
