Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in a fast-paced distribution environment. Roles start at $24.90 per hour, with a range to $27.90 and a differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

Progression opportunities exist as tenure grows. The role focuses on safety, accuracy in packing, loading, and shipping to stores and guests, while maintaining an organized work area and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs and move items.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach during shifts.
• Work at heights up to 40 ft on mezzanine.
• Understand/read/communicate in English to follow safety policies.
• Operate powered equipment safely after training.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and participate in trainings.
• Accurately read labels and tickets on products.
• Complete tasks on time and support continuous improvement.
• Report to work on time and work well in a team.
