Job summary

Target seeks Warehouse Worker candidates to support our distribution center operations in the United States. Roles start at $24.65/hour with a range of $24.65–$27.65, plus a shift differential between $2.00 and $3.50/hour based on eligibility. Progression opportunities may increase pay over time.

You will pack, load, and ship items, ensure accurate merchandise processing, and move inventory safely within a fast-paced environment. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to operate carts, hand trucks and other moving equipment.
• Able to read labels and product documentation.
• Basic math skills required and strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Process merchandise accurately for stores and guests.
• Move inventory and freight safely throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and attend trainings.
