Job summary

Target's warehouse team in New Jersey is hiring Warehouse Workers. Roles start at $24.65 per hour with potential to earn up to $27.65, plus a differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

You'll follow safety policies, pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests, and maintain an organized work area. This role requires physical strength, good communication, and the ability to operate lift equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Push carts and hand trucks to move items.
• Stand, walk, and reach during shifts.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
