Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Minooka, IL to join our onsite team. This role supports inventory integrity, order processing, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work a four-day schedule with three days off, including night and day shifts. We offer benefits from day one, PTO, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and family benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
