Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Minooka, IL to handle warehouse tasks with a focus on accuracy and safety. The role supports inventory integrity, order processing, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

You will work a 4-on-3-off schedule with night or day shifts available, earning hourly pay starting at 21.75 with raises over the first year. Benefits begin on day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety guidelines

Responsabilités

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing
• Ensure accurate and on-time shipping to meet delivery expectations
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work area adhering to OSHA and safety standards
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and report issues to ensure inventory integrity
