Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Minooka, IL.

You will perform warehouse tasks including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping, while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role reports to a DC Supervisor and requires lifting up to 75 pounds and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:30 pm or 8:00 am–6:30 pm, with overtime among the expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical lifting assessment.
• Prior warehouse, retail, or customer service exposure in fast-paced settings helpful.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Pick, pack, label, replenish, audit, and stage merchandise for shipping.
• Operate scanning equipment and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with OSHA and safety rules.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
