Grainger's Distribution Center in Minooka, IL is hiring for a full-time Distribution Center Associate. The role features a 4-day work week with 3 days off, night shifts, and a starting pay of $21.75/hour with raises to $22.95/hour over 12 months.

Benefits start on day one, including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, 18 PTO days plus 6 holidays, 401(k) with company contributions, and tuition reimbursement. PIE operator pay adds extra per hour.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Comfortable standing/walking and exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer expectations for quality and speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA.
