Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Lebanon, IN area to support operations on the 2nd shift. The role involves operating reach/turret trucks, handling pallets, and using RF scanners to manage inventory.

Training is available with a first shift during a 1–2 week period; pay remains $25.00/hour during training. This is a fully onsite, contract position based in Lebanon, IN 46052.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 2 years of equipment operating experience.
• Reach truck or turret truck experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Ability to work at heights and lift warehouse materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, turret trucks, or similar equipment to retrieve pallets from heights of 15-20 feet.
• Transport pallets to designated work areas.
• Unbox and organize inventory for warehouse operations.
• Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Stock inventory using RF scanners.
• Process inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.

Location: Whitestown, IN

Pay: $25/hr

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

• Training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) for 1-2 weeks

• Pay remains $25.00/hour during training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
