Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing and warehouse setting that is described as not being a traditional industrial environment, offering a more modern and team-focused atmosphere while still requiring manufacturing experience. You will constantly walk, stand, grasp, reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, and use manual dexterity for prolonged periods of time. You will regularly use color vision and will need to hear and speak clearly to communicate with coworkers and customers. The position requires regularly carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds and using manual pallet jacks to move loads up to 2,000 pounds. The environment is fast-paced and physically active, with frequent handling of boxes, labels, pallets, and carts. Standard shifts include a MondayFriday 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. schedule and a MondayThursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule, and you must be able to train on the MondayThursday day shift for approximately four weeks regardless of your assigned shift. The role involves frequent use of computers, shipping systems, RF scanners, and inventory tools in a production area where safety, organization, and teamwork are essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
