Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Whitestown, IN. Training pay starts at $18.00/hr for 1-2 weeks, with pay increasing to $19.00/hr after training. The role is contract-based and onsite at Lebanon, IN 46052. The schedule shifts from training to after training reflecting warehouse needs.

The position requires RF scanner use, reliability, and ability to lift/move materials. You’ll work with a team to process orders and maintain safety and organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Stock and replenish inventory.
• Process orders using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Receive incoming products and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.
• Lift, move, and palletize products as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Train and become certified on warehouse equipment as required.

Location:

Whitestown, IN

Pay:

• $18.00/hr during training (1-2 weeks)

• $19.00/hr after training

Shift:

• Training: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• After Training: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
