Job summary

Aerotek in Elwood, IL is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing customer orders, assisting with inventory, and handling general production tasks.

This onsite role offers 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, contract-to-hire, and pay at $20 per hour. You will follow safety procedures, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to pack products accurately and securely for shipment.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes such as counting and organizing stock.
• General labor skills, including the ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Experience in production or manufacturing support within a warehouse setting.
• Attention to detail to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting daily workload and schedule requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elwood, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
