Job summary

Daniels Health in Stow, OH is seeking a hardworking Loader/Unloader to join our medical waste transfer station team. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role at the heart of keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

You will load and unload trucks, lift heavy containers, and work with teammates to keep transports on schedule. The position offers stable hours, full-time benefits from day one, and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily while handling medical waste.

• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Coordinate with teammates to keep transports on schedule.

What will your job involve?

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift
• Push and maneuverfour-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
• Weigh incoming waste using ourWeighbridge system
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
