Job summary

Daniels Health in Stow, OH is seeking a Loader/Unloader for our medical waste transfer station. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role essential to keeping healthcare facilities safe and operations moving.

You will load and unload trucks, repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers, push carts up to 200 lbs, weigh waste on a weighbridge, and complete paperwork accurately. Full-time with benefits, 40 hours weekly, on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.
