Job summary

Race Winning Brands in Lexington, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. You will verify orders, package, load/unload, and maintain a safe, organized workplace.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in shipping/receiving and familiarity with UPS WorldShip or ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics; training provided. Eligible for benefits from day one, including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school or GED desired.
• 1+ years of Inventory, and Shipping and Receiving experience highly preferred.
• UPS WorldShip experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work procedures are being followed and expedite workflow.
• Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Light assembly and finished goods packaging.
• Lost package claims and resolution with shipping carriers.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming material.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Trouble shoot errors to eliminate the possibility of occurring again.
• Contribute to the daily output of the department.
• Communication and teamwork within and outside the department.
• Follow company safety protocol.
• Loading and unloading tractor trailers.
• NetSuite experience a plus.
