Job summary

Race Winning Brands in Mentor, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee core production processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

You will lead a team, assign tasks, and monitor machines for efficiency, quality, and safety while addressing issues as they arise.

Collaborate with Managers on continuous improvement projects, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of all duties on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of machine setup and operation.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with shop-floor systems.

• Give oral and written instructions to employees.
• Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2-4years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Knowledge of machine setup up, operating experience and computers
