Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a detail-oriented team member for the shipping/receiving and light assembly role. The position involves processing orders, packing, inventory checks, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures in a warehouse setting.

Experience in shipping and inventory, familiarity with UPS WorldShip and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. This on-site role in Lexington, KY supports efficient order fulfillment and carrier liaison duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of Inventory, Shipping and Receiving experience preferred.
• UPS WorldShip experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work procedures are followed and workflow is expedited.
• Examine work for exactness and conformance to policies.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Light assembly and finished goods packaging.
• Resolve lost package claims with carriers.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Troubleshoot errors to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to daily department output.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Load and unload tractor trailers.
• NetSuite experience a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure work procedures are being followed and expedite workflow.

• Lost package claims and resolution with shipping carriers.

• Trouble shoot errors to eliminate the possibility of occurring again.
• Contribute to the daily output of the department.
• Communication and teamwork within and outside the department.
• Follow company safety protocol.
