Job summary

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturer to fill a Warehouse Associate role in Plymouth, MA. The position offers an hourly pay of $19 and a shift from 3:15pm to 1:45am, with a focus on finishing, inspection, and adherence to drawings and quality specs.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read measuring instruments and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, scales, indicators) and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Performs finishing techniques including buffing, polishing, grinding, deburring, and etching on machine products to achieve proper size, finish, and quality, following drawings and quality specifications.
• Conducts routine visual inspections and uses basic measuring equipment.
• Works within established procedures under moderate supervision, having developed relevant skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
• Recognizes and resolves typical problems in the work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options.
• Understands how assigned duties relate to team tasks and overall integration.
• Impacts the quality of own work and utilizes good communication skills for information exchange. Has no supervisory responsibilities.
