Kelly Services partners with a leading manufacturer to hire a Deburring Associate for our Plymouth, MA facility. The role involves finishing operations such as buffing, polishing, grinding, and deburring to meet drawings and quality specs.

Candidates will perform visual inspections, use basic measuring tools, and work under moderate supervision. A high school diploma and ability to read micrometers/calipers and blueprints are required. Various shifts are offered.

• Maintains quality by following drawings and specs
• Performs finishing operations under supervision

• Pay: $19

• Shift: 7am - 330pm or 3:15pm to 1:45am

Requirements

• Performs finishing techniques including buffing, polishing, grinding, deburring, and etching on machine products to achieve proper size, finish, and quality, following drawings and quality specifications.

• Conducts routine visual inspections and uses basic measuring equipment.

• Works within established procedures under moderate supervision, having developed relevant skills through formal training or considerable work experience.

• Recognizes and resolves typical problems in the work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options.

• Understands how assigned duties relate to team tasks and overall integration.

• Impacts the quality of own work and utilizes good communication skills for information exchange. Has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Ability to read measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, scales, indicators) and blueprints
