Kelly is hiring a Production Supervisor for a full-time opportunity with a food manufacturing facility in Plymouth, MA. This role oversees daily production, supports production targets, and supervises and coordinates staff.

Pay: $70,000 per year

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Location : Plymouth, MA

Required food-safety PPE: Head cover, beard cover, white coat, and closed-toe shoes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and help ensure production targets are met.

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate production staff.

• Monitor production output and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Support efficient workflow and consistent production performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in dry or baked goods manufacturing.

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a food manufacturing facility.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing employees and production output.

• Excellent communication skills and strong spoken English to communicate production instructions and coordinate with staff.

• Curious, proactive approach to understanding processes and resolving problems.

• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills.

• HACCP and regulatory or food-safety compliance experience with USDA, FDA, GFSI, MDAR, or TRACES preferred. Training may be provided and paid for by the employer.
