Warehouse Associate - Outbound Load Department | Start Strong in Logistics

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Fredericksburg, PA, for a leading logistics company. Pay Rate: $19/hr, with the potential to earn up to $23/hr (based on performance)

Available Schedules:

• 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 5 am-3:30 pm


• 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4 pm-2:30 am


• Weekend Shifts | Friday-Sunday | 6 am-6:30 pm or 6 pm-6:30 am

Employment Type: Seasonal

Key Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload trucks in the outbound load department.


• Handle packages and materials safely and efficiently.


• Work in a team-oriented environment to meet daily productivity goals.


• Complete other material handler tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and comfortability working in a physically demanding environment.
