As a Logistics Operator, you will manage the full operational lifecycle of marine logistics projects for our clients. This includes overseeing the execution of shipments, from initial cost estimation to final delivery, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

The main responsibilities of a LOGISTICS OPERATOR include:

1. Oversee and streamline logistics operations for designated customers, ensuring timely and efficient shipment executions.
2. Monitor daily logistics activities, guaranteeing accuracy and promptness in all operations.
3. Prepare precise customer quotations using the company's proprietary platforms or supplier data, while ensuring all customer requirements are meticulously met.
4. Calculate and reconcile post-shipment costs, incorporating them accurately into customer and supplier invoicing.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and enhance service quality.
6. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and cost alignments.
7. Handle customer communications effectively, addressing queries and issues promptly, and escalating complex issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

To apply, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably marine logistics.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and platforms.
• Deep understanding of shipping regulations, industry trends, and cost estimation best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance.
• Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC).
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background.
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (front & back).
• Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO).
• Completed HR Forms & Promissory Note (provided by KMC’s onboarding team).
