About the Role:

We’re looking for a dependable and coachable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. If you're organized, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare boxes for eCommerce shipments
• Track and update inventory levels for multiple clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space
• Process and document customer returns
• Learn and use warehouse management and shipping software
• Conduct regular audits to uphold warehouse standards
• Support the team in day-to-day fulfillment operations

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet throughout the day
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and execute consistently
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable supervising others and leading by example when needed
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
