Master Electronics in Germantown, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a fast‑paced team responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping electronic components.

You will operate material handling equipment with training provided, collaborate across departments to ensure accurate orders, maintain a clean workspace, and uphold safety procedures while contributing to continuous improvement and reliable fulfillment, with opportunities for growth and a supportive benefits

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, stock, pick, pack, and ship electronic components.
• Use material handling equipment safely with training provided (Joey, pallet jack, forklift, reach truck).
• Move inventory quickly and efficiently through the warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross‑department teams to ensure accurate order processing.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures, policies, and SOPs to ensure a safe environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and team success.
• Maintain a positive attitude whether working independently or on a team.

What you will do?

• Receive, sort, stock, pick, pack, and ship electronic components
• Utilize material handling equipment (e.g., Joey, pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) safely and effectively – we provide training
• Work quickly and efficiently to handle products and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth workflows andaccurateorder processing
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to team success
