Warehouse Associate

Location: 3501 Lathrop St, Fairbanks, AK 99701

Store: AKFAR Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

Overview:

Join us as a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our branch in Fairbanks. You will handle products entering and leaving the facility and assist with inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. After onboarding and training, a flexible schedule may be available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties to support branch success

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Motivated, self-directed, customer-oriented
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Lift and carry packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening (US, Puerto Rico, Guam)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in receiving, shipping, or inventory management
