We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving our business growth by implementing effective sales strategies, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering compelling sales presentations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where your contributions will have a significant impact on the company's success.

We are looking for TWO (2) Sales / Account Executives in either the Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, MA areas) AND Texas. Base compensation around $60-80,000 with total compensation in year one exceeding $100,000+ and more!

Job Details

Experience selling into trucking, transportation, logistics, landscaping, etc. types of businesses is a HUGE plus!!!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Leverage your product knowledge to demonstrate the value and benefits of our products to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a robust marketing strategy that supports sales initiatives.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and leads, and convert these leads into successful sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance sales efforts.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, sales strategy development, product knowledge, sales presentations, business development, lead generation, and marketing strategy.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of driving successful sales deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
