JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouseman will perform roles in receiving, inspection, stocking, staging, packaging, inventory issue, shipping, and material deliveries for the Willow project within the Kuparuk Field Support Services team. This position involves assisting with offloading and managing multiple truck deliveries while collaborating with Material Planners, Maintenance personnel, and Craft Leads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist with offloading of materials.

Assist with multiple truck deliveries.

Work with Material Planners, Maintenance personnel, and Craft Leads to “dispose of or return to stock excess materials after completion of jobs.

Use one or more computerized systems or databases to develop, maintain and report material status, to include creating FR’s or Excel spreadsheets to transfer, stage, issue and return material.

Interfacing and coordination with Client and company personnel for production, engineering, construction, maintenance, and purchasing departments, as well as vendors and other contractors.

Prepare and set up rigging equipment for lifting operations, including slings, chains, and hooks.

Inspect rigging equipment for defects and ensure all equipment is compliant with safety standards.

Collaborate with crane operators and other crew members to coordinate lifting operations.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and materials as needed.

Adhere to all safety regulations and participate in safety training and meetings.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of rigging equipment.

Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.

Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid (U.S issued) Driver’s License is required.

A North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification is required.

The ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotation is required.

Proficient experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

At least three (3) years of experience in a Roustabout or Rigger role is preferred.

At least three (3) years of experience in receiving, inspection, stocking, staging, packaging, inventory, shipping, and delivering functions is preferred.

WORKING ON THE NORTH SLOPE

While working on the North Slope of Alaska, your lodging and food will be provided to you. All camps provide warm meals and options to grab a quick lunch or snack from the spike rooms. Rooms vary from single status to shared rooms where your roommate may work the opposite shift. Wi-Fi and Internet is free and available within the camp. Services vary depending upon where you are staying; however, most facilities offer housekeeping, self-serve laundry, commissary, mail, gyms, TV/Theater Room, etc. Each facility will have their own accommodations and policies that will be reviewed upon on-site orientation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
