Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Elizabeth, NJ location. You will support the product lifecycle from entry to loading; duties include handling loads, prepping items for assembly, and ensuring a safe, efficient work floor.

The role offers an hourly pay of $18.00, a schedule from 1pm to 9:30pm, and a benefits package including health, 401(k) match and profit sharing. Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
Ability to become certified on material handling equipment (e.g., order pickers, electric pallet jacks).
Lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

Assist in the lifecycle of customer purchases, from entry to loading and prep for assembly.
Support loading/unloading, binning, and prep of dining tables and sofas for assembly.
Contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse operation and customer experience.

Warehouse Associate

Hourly pay rate: $18.00

Schedule needed: 1pm - 9:30pm

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

What we need from you:

Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
