Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Quakertown, PA. You will play a critical role in handling furniture from loading docks to showroom prep, ensuring safe, efficient operations and excellent customer support.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, required to lift up to 200 lbs, operate order pickers and pallet jacks, and maintain a neat, safe environment. The company offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to be certified on material handling equipment (order pickers, pallet jacks).
• Experience or ability to operate order pickers and pallet jacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload furniture from trailers and the showroom floor.
• Bin sofas and prep dining tables for assembly.
• Assist customers and team members to turn houses into homes.
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean warehouse environment.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

What we need from you:

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
