Job summary

Raymour and Flanigan is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support the full lifecycle of customer purchases in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will help with unloading/loading, shelving, and preparing furniture for delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Starting wage is $19 per hour with a wage range of $17–$24 hourly. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment (MHE) including order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or inventory scan gun is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/off-load trailers and prep furniture for assembly to support customer purchases.
• Assist customers by facilitating efficient warehouse operations from entry to loading areas.

Job description

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

$19 Hourly.

What we need from you:

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
