Job summary

Raymour and Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States for a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule, Tuesday through Saturday. You will participate in loading/off-loading, staging, and preparing furniture for assembly, while supporting the customer experience by ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 200 lbs, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment (order picker, electric pallet jack).
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while on warehouse equipment at heights of 30–40 feet.
• Experience operating order pickers, electric pallet jacks, or inventory scan guns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/off-load trailers and move furniture across the showroom and warehouse.
• Prep furniture for assembly and staging for customer pickup or delivery.
• Assist customers by ensuring efficient, accurate product handling and placement.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety standards.
• Support team with daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.

Warehouse Associate Hourly pay rate: $20.00 Schedule needed: 6am - 2:30pm Tuesday - Saturday What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

What we need from you:

• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
