Job summary

Manpower is recruiting Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution center in Chambersburg, PA. This full-time role offers multiple shifts, on-site work, and opportunities to support beauty and personal care product flows nationwide.

You’ll pick, pack, and stage orders, use RF scanners and headsets, and help load and unload shipments. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Solid basic math (add, subtract)
• Team-player attitude with good communication
• RF Scanner or warehouse experience helpful
• Willing to submit to background check & drug screen
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends

Location

Chambersburg, PA - inside a spacious 300,000 sq. ft. distribution center filled with energy, teamwork, and top-tier beauty products!

Pay & Shift Options

• Material Handler (Pickers, Packers, Sorters)
  • Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $18.50/hr
  • Shift 2: Sunday-Thursday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM - $20.50/hr
  • Shift 3: Sunday-Thursday 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM - $20.50/hr
  • Weekend Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm $20/hr
  • Weekend Night: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30pm-6:30am $21/hr
