Job summary

Atterro in Chambersburg, PA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control. This role requires accuracy, safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, reach trucks, and other equipment while maintaining orderly storage and timely order fulfillment. High school diploma preferred; prior warehouse experience a plus.

Pay Rate: $21.75 per hour

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Must have Reach Truck experience
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
