ManpowerGroup in Chambersburg, PA is seeking experienced Equipment Operators for Cherry Picker and Reach Truck duties in a fast-paced distribution center serving beauty and cosmetics. You will operate order picker forklifts, use RF scanners, replenish bins, load/unload trailers, and perform daily safety inspections.

This role offers overtime opportunities, weekend scheduling, and a path to on-site certification across multiple equipment types.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck; certification preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work 8–10 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently.

• Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse.

We’re hiring Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, high-performing distribution center supporting the beauty and cosmetics industry. Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Rates by Shift:

• Weekend Day: Fri, Sat, Sun 6:30am-6:30pm - $21.50/hr

Overtime opportunities available!

Please note: When business needs increase, mandatory overtime will be required, with associates scheduled up to 6 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently


• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, and move orders accurately


• Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse


• Load/unload trailers and maintain clean, organized storage areas


• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older


• Previous experience operating both Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (certification preferred)


• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout 8–10 hour shifts


• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced warehouse


• Willingness to work overtime as needed
