Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

• Day shift: $20/hr + $1/hr shift differential for Sat/Sun
• Night shift: $22/hr + $1/hr shift differential for Sat/Sun

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or voice-picking systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and verifying orders
• Ability to follow written instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cartons and book products throughout the shift

Job Duties

• Unload incoming cartons and inspect shipments against bills of lading
• Receive, sort, count, and verify book products for inventory and customer orders
• Stock books in designated warehouse locations and replenish inventory as needed
• Pick, verify, and stage customer orders using paper pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-directed systems
• Pack customer orders using appropriate packaging methods to ensure safe shipment
• Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before shipping
• Complete quality assurance forms and production documentation as required
• Break down boxes and dispose of packing materials properly
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse using hand carts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company procedures
