Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Bristol, PA is seeking flexible Warehouse Associates to support packaging operations in the Production department. You will lift 50-60 pounds, operate in 1st or 2nd shift, and participate in safety programs.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour with possibilities for long-term placement. Duties include packaging, QA, weighing, and assembly with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Successfully pass a Background Check & drug screening.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: packaging, weighing and scaling material, assembly.
• Quality Assurance and safety compliance within packaging operations.
• Follow OSHA and safety practices; participate in the Safety program.

Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible warehouse associates to join their team. As a Flex associate, you will be part of the Production department supporting their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance, have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Bristol, Pennsylvania

Pay: $15.00- 16.50 per hour

Shift: 1st & 2nd

• Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• Monday to Friday 4:00pm- 12:30am
• Sunday to Thursday 4:00pm- 12:30am

• Each employee will actively participate in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program and is required to follow all safety practices and procedures. Description of Duties:
• Learn and follow Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations.
• Follow good safety practices and use good safety work methods like the "seven steps to proper lifting." For heavier cartons/objects has helper assist using "buddy lifting method."
