Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is recruiting Warehouse Associates for our Chambersburg, PA distribution center. This full-time role offers multiple shifts (mon-sat options) with competitive hourly pay and overtime during peak periods.

You will pick, pack, and stage beauty products, use RF scanners, and help load/unload shipments in a fast-paced environment supporting national retail and e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong basic math and counting skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Our client, a well-established leader in the Beauty and Personal Care retail distribution industry, is currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join their team in Chambersburg, PA. Location: Chambersburg, PA - inside a spacious 300,000 sq. ft. distribution center filled with energy, teamwork, and top-tier beauty products!

Pay & Shift Options:

Material Handler (Pickers, Packers, Sorters)

• Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $18.50/hr
• Shift 2: Sunday - Thursday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM - $20.50/hr
• Shift 3: Sunday - Thursday 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM - $20.50/hr
• Weekend Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm $20/hr
• Weekend Night: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30pm-6:30am $21/hr

Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pick, pack, and stage beauty products with precision
• Use RF scanners and headsets (training provided)
• Safely operate manual pallet jacks
• Organize inventory
• Work alongside conveyors and build pallets
• Load/unload shipments and help fulfill store + online orders
• Stay active with lifting, bending, walking, and reaching

What You Bring to the Table:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Solid basic math (add, subtract,)
• Team-player attitude with good communication
• RF Scanner or warehouse experience? Even better!
• Submit to a background check & drug screen
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed, including weekends
