Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Cedar Rapids, IA, offering a laid-back environment with a Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule. You will stage, pick/pack, and deliver materials to jobsites while supporting inventory and collaborating with office staff and field crews. No relocation; full onsite work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Comfortable with physical work, including carrying materials and climbing stairs.

Warehouse Associate

Join a small, relaxed warehouse operation in Cedar Rapids where you'll help organize materials, fulfill orders, and deliver products to jobsites. This role offers a slower-paced environment, variety in your day, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage, organize, and move materials in the warehouse

• Load/unload trucks and trailers using a pallet jack or manual labor

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
