Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of orders for delivery and shipping.
• Load trucks for next day delivery.
• Assist with unloading freight, stocking, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Cross train in various warehouse activities.
• Assist with deliveries as needed.
• Complete safety and HR training within required timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of business-related issues.
• Participate in company programs and promote a positive work environment.
• Handle miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.
• Respond promptly using communication tools; arrive on time and participate in scheduled meetings.
• Promote safety and positive work habits among team members.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Forklift License required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience or equivalent.

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Effective communication skills.
• Mathematical skills: ability to perform basic calculations.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance; ability to operate various equipment.
• Familiarity with computers and scanners preferred.

Tools and Equipment:

Forklifts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
