Blue Water Pools of Grand Rapids, Inc. has been the premier backyard living construction company in the West Michigan area since 1987. We are growing rapidly and seeking a highly motivated, physically fit, detail-oriented, organized candidate with excellent communication skills for the Warehouse Clerk position. $250 Sign-up Bonus. Hourly rate ranges from $18 to $24, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory protection, incoming and outgoing, and performing duties such as receiving and processing stock and materials.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Maintain inventory accuracy according to company standards.
2. Enter receiving data into the inventory management system (WMS).
3. Conduct inventory audits using WMS.
4. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to relevant personnel.
5. Report damages and discrepancies for incoming inventory.
6. Work safely within OSHA standards without posing a threat to self or others.
7. Assemble takeoff orders for the next day’s workload.
8. Coordinate activities of team members handling goods for pickup or receipt.
9. Ensure cleanliness of all warehouse areas.
10. Load and unload materials using pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
11. Inventory materials as needed.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Ability to initiate and promote continuous improvement processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and inventory software preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to operate a hi-lo forklift.
• Must obtain a chauffeur license.
• Mechanical knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
