Position Details

Warehouse Assistant - Seasonal
The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium has been dedicated to conservation for over 100 years. As a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant, you will help ensure the availability of resources for our animals, representing over 720 species, and support global conservation efforts.

This role involves handling deliveries, inspecting and stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and preparing reports. You will maintain a clean warehouse and interact with vendors, drivers, and team members. Operating equipment such as trucks, forklifts, ladders, computers, and pallet lifts is essential. Your attention to detail and work ethic will contribute significantly to our operations.

This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Compliance with the zoo’s drug-free policy, including marijuana.
