YQN Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. You will manage asset records, coordinate purchasing, track costs, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient, cost-effective warehouse activity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in warehouse administration or accounting, with bilingual Chinese skills and strong Excel/ERP capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration or accounting preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese speaking/writing.
• Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Serve as main contact with landlords for warehouse facility maintenance and TI requests.
• Maintain asset records, numbering systems, and conduct inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request initiation to system entry, delivery verification, and stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain accurate purchase logs.
• Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage, costs, and resource efficiency.
