Job summary

YQN in the United States seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. You will manage assets, coordinate purchasing, track costs, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth, cost-efficient workflows.

Responsibilities include coordinating with landlords, maintaining asset records, optimizing supplier pools across U.S. warehouses, and generating regular reports on asset usage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration or accounting
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (speaking/writing)
• Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact point with landlords and property management for warehouse facility maintenance, installations, and TI requests.
• Maintain accurate asset records, numbering systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request initiation to system entry, delivery verification, and stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain accurate purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of forklifts, charging stations, and related warehouse equipment.
• Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage, costs, and resource efficiency.
