Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This role covers asset management, purchasing coordination, cost tracking, and administrative duties to ensure efficient and cost-effective warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration or accounting is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading is preferred.
• Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point with landlords and property management for warehouse facility maintenance, installations, and TI (Tenant Improvement) requests.
• Maintain accurate asset records, numbering systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request initiation to system entry, delivery verification, and stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain accurate purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of forklifts, charging stations, and related warehouse equipment.
• Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage, costs, and resource efficiency.
